From June 1, the Ration Card Portability Service ‘One Nation-One Ration Card’ will be implemented in 20 States and Union Territories. The One Nation One Ration Card scheme will prove to be very important right now. The apex court has also asked the central government to consider implementing the ‘One Nation One Ration Card’ scheme. he Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines for the fifth phase of lockdown which is slated to begin from Monday, June 1.

According to the new guidelines, all activities outside containment zones have been allowed to resume in a phased manner from June 1. The guidelines will come into effect from June 1 and will be effective till June 30.

The current phase of re-opening, 'Unlock 1', will have an economic focus.

All activities that were prohibited earlier will be opened up in areas outside containment zones in a phased manner, with the stipulation of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to be prescribed by the Health Ministry.

In Phase I, religious places and places of worship for public, hotels, restaurants, other hospitality services, and shopping malls will be permitted to open from June 8.

Health Ministry will issue SOPs for the above activities, in consultation with the Central ministries/departments concerned and other stakeholders, for ensuring social distancing and to contain the spread of Covid-19.

In Phase II, schools, colleges, educational/training/coaching institutions etc, will be opened after consultations with States and Union Territories (UT).

State Governments/UT administrations have been advised to hold consultations at the institution level with parents and other stakeholders. Based on the feedback, a decision on the re-opening of these institutions will be taken in the month of July. MoHFW will prepare SOPs for these institutions.

Unrestricted movement of persons and goods

The home ministry has also removed all restrictions on inter-state movement. However, the night curfew will continue to remain in force with a revised schedule. The movement of individuals, for all non-essential activities, will be prohibited from 9 pm to 5 am from June 1.

This relief will be available in Lockdown 5.0

- No pass is required to move from one state to another.

- In the second phase, schools, colleges, institutes can be opened. The decision to open a school college has been left to the state governments.

- No restrictions on movement anywhere in the country

- Permission to open hotel, restaurant mall from June 8, this ban will remain in place.

- Delhi Metro will not run at present. - There will be curfew from 9 pm to 5 am.

- The ban on foreign travel will remain in place.

- Only 20 people can attend the funeral.

- Only 5 people can buy goods together at the shops.

- Cinema hall, gym and swimming pool will be closed.

New Delhi: The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has once again given a big relief to the country's motorists. The ministry has extended the validity of documents related to driving license and vehicle registration till July 31. The system will be applied to various vehicle documents across the country. 
A statement issued by the ministry said that from February 1 this year, the validity of renewal of outstanding vehicle documents would be extended till July 31. This means that you will not have to pay any delay fee or any other type of penalty for registering a driving license or vehicle during this period.

The ministry said in a statement that the decision was taken in view of the situation caused by the Corona virus and the lockdown. This feature will only be available to drivers who have paid a fee for the renewal of a related document on or after February 1, but have not been able to complete the document renewal due to the Corona virus.
This is the second time the ministry has provided this facility
This is the second time the Ministry of Roads and Transport has provided such a facility. Earlier, the validity of all vehicle documents relating to the Motor Vehicle Act-1988 and Central Motor Vehicle Rules-1989 was extended till June 30. Let me tell you, in many cases vehicle owners have collected fees for various documents, but have not been able to renew them due to conditions and lockdown due to Corona virus.
Big relief to motorists:
The Ministry of Roads, Transport and National Highways has extended the deadline for documents related to any motor vehicle related matter to July 31. The decision will apply to all documents that expire on any date after 1 February 2020. Thus people across the country have got relief from it.
If the validation process of a document is not completed after February 1, 2020, there will be no penalty or late fee. In the current state of emergency, if any document related to motor vehicles is pending or new or has not been renewed, no penalty or late fee will be charged till July 31, 2020.
Earlier the deadline was extended to March
Earlier, on March 30, 2020, the deadline for documents required under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 was extended. An earlier statement had said that the renewal of the documents, which ended on February 1, 2020, would be completed by June 30.
Documents have expired but may be renewed due to lockdown, they will have to pay a late fee. There are some cases where payment has been completed, but the service or renewal process is still pending.
Vehicles can be driven without a driving license until this date 2020.

The government has once again extended the deadline for renewing driving licenses and now vehicles can be driven without a driving license till July 31. For those who want to get the fitness certificate of the vehicle on or after February 1 or the driving license has expired, it can now be renewed till July 31.
Due to the lockdown, if the deadline for renewal of vehicle fitness certificate or license expires on or after February 1, they will not be charged late fees or additional charges on July 31, the Ministry of Rot Transport and Highways said.
The government has noticed that lockdowns and closure of transport offices across the country are making it difficult for people to renew their licenses and fitness certificates of vehicles. This benefit can be availed for National International Driving License Vehicle Fitness Certificate and Vehicle Registration Fee etc.

In a major initiative, Govt.. of India, under the National Solar Mission has set a target of 1,00,000 MW power generation through solar energy in the country including 40,000 MW to be contributed through solar rooftops in various sectors.
In order to achieve this magnitude of capacity, Gujarat has been given the target of 8,024 MW Capacity of Solar Energy by 2021-22, out of which 3,200 MW is to be contributed by the rooftop segment.
Installation of Rooftop Solar Plants on a large scale is one of the best initiatives, as in such plants, there is no requirement of land. Energy is consumed where it is generated; there would be no element of transmission loss or wheeling loss and such plants would be in the interest of the public at large as well as State Utilities. Therefore, with a view of promoting large-scale rooftop solar systems on private residential roofs-terraces, the Government has introduced a subsidy scheme for solar rooftops in the residential sector.
This Scheme shall be called “SURYA-Gujarat” (Surya Urja Rooftop Yojana-Gujarat) with the following provisions:
Target: The target for installations of solar rooftops shall be to cater to 2 lac consumers during the year 2019-20 and cumulatively 8 lac consumers by the end of the financial year 2021-22.
The system cost mentioned in above table is inclusive of supply, installation, commissioning, comprehensive maintenance contract of 5 years of the complete solar system, bi-directional meter and its testing charges, SMC box for the meter and the connectivity charges to be paid to the DISCOM and standard structure required to install solar PV panel on the rooftop, with minimum surface clearance of 300 mm between the terrace surface and the bottommost edge of the panel. The cost of additional height of the structure required, if any, shall be borne by the beneficiary.
 Any other charges to be paid to DISCOM , on account of requirement of change of phase if any from single to three phase, upgradation of the existing electricity distribution network , shall be borne additionally by the beneficiary, as it is not included in the discovered cost referred in the table above.
 If the Applicant is a single phase consumer of the DISCOM and intends to install a solar roof top system having capacity which necessitates to change the phase of his existing  service connection from single phase to three phase, in such case the requisite charges for enhancement of the phase from single to three phase shall be borne by the consumer being part of the system strengthening, and not included in the discovered cost per kW

 Residential consumer of any DISCOM, who is having residential property in his name,
is eligible to install solar PV system on his rooftop from any one supplier selected by
him from the list of GEDA Empaneled Vendors. List of these vendors is available on
GEDA web site www.geda.gujarat.gov.in
 Beneficiary shall register their application through any of the GEDA registered
approved empaneled vendor only.

• This is a long term savings plan like PPF account in which savings can be deposited for 15 years.
It can only be opened for 10 year old girls and it can be run for 21 years or until the girl gets married.
• The plan has a lock-in period of at least 8 years and 50% of the amount can be recovered when the bride turns 18 years old.
• In this scheme a minimum of Rs.1000 and a maximum of Rs. 1,50,000 can be deposited.
ર The amount deposited in Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana is exempted under Section 80C of the Income Tax Act and there is no tax on interest or maturity amount.

હાલમાં સરકાર દ્વારા પ્રાયોજિત સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના 8% ના વ્યાજ દર ઓફર કરે છે. બે મહિલા બાળકોને પણ આ કાર્યક્રમનો લાભ મળી શકે છે. બીજી બાજુ, જો પ્રથમ પછી જોડિયા પુત્રીઓનો બીજો સમૂહ જન્મે છે, તો ત્રણેય પુત્રીઓ આ સરકારી કાર્યક્રમ માટે પાત્ર બનશે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકારનો હેતુ માત્ર દીકરીઓને સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજનાનો લાભ મળે તે માટે હતો. આ પ્રોગ્રામ યુવાન છોકરીઓને બેંકો સાથે સહયોગ કરીને તેમના ભવિષ્યને સુરક્ષિત કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે. બાળકના નામે ખોલવામાં આવેલા બચત ખાતા પર દર મહિને 8% વ્યાજ દર નક્કી કરવામાં આવે છે.

પ્રોગ્રામના લાભો મેળવવા માટે તમારે 15 વર્ષ સુધી સતત યોગદાન આપવું પડશે. શક્ય તેટલું જલ્દી ખાતું ખોલવાની સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે. હપ્તાની ચૂકવણી મોડી કરવામાં આવશે તો દંડ ભરવો પડશે. આ કાર્યક્રમમાં એક પરિવારની માત્ર બે દીકરીઓને જ ભાગ લેવાની મંજૂરી છે.

જો પહેલી પુત્રી પછી જોડિયા બાળકોનો જન્મ થાય, તો ત્રણેય પુત્રીઓ માટે સુકન્યા સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના માટે ખાતા ખોલી શકાય છે. પરંતુ માત્ર જોડિયા જ લાયકાતની આવશ્યકતાઓ દ્વારા આવરી લેવામાં આવે છે.
