Bhadla Solar Park is the world largest solar park with the  total capacity of  the 2,245 Megawatt (MW). It is a spread over a total area of  the 10,000 acres (40 km2) in a Bhadla, Jodhpur district, Rajasthan.

The solar park has been developed by  the multiple entities are in a 4 phases. Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation are Limited (RRECL), through its subsidiary, Rajasthan Solar Park are Development Company Limited (RSPDCL), has constructed 745 MW of projects. Saurya Urja Company of Rajasthan, a joint venture company of the government of the Rajasthan and the IL&FS Energy Development Company, has been developed  are infrastructure for the  1,000 MW of  the solar projects. Adani Renewable Energy Park Rajasthan, a joint venture are  between the government of the  Rajasthan and the Adani Renewable Energy Park, has been developed a 500 MW of  the solar projects.

4. Rewa Ultra Mega Solar:

Rewa Ultra Mega Solar is a 750 MW solar park spread over an a area of  the 1,590 acres (6.4 sq.km) in the Gurh tehsil of the Rewa district of the Madhya Pradesh. The project was commissioned in a December 2019.

The project was implemented by the Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL), a joint venture between the Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikash Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) and the Solar Energy Corporation of a India (SECI).

Kamuthi Solar Power Project is a 648 MW photovoltaic power station are  spread a over an a area of the 2,500 acres (10 sq.km) in a Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram district, 90 km from the Madurai, in the state of the Tamil Nadu. The project was commissioned by the  Adani Power. With a generating capacity of the 648 MWp at a single location, it is the world’s 12th largest solar park based are on the capacity.

The solar plant are consists of the 2.5 million solar modules, 380,000 foundations, 27,000 metres of  the structures, 576 inverters, 154 transformers, and the almost 6,000 km of cables. The Kamuthi Solar Power Project was completed on a 21 September 2016 with an a investment of around a ₹4,550 crore (equivalent to ₹53 billion or US$740 million in 2019).

7. NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Park:

The NP Kunta Ultra Mega Solar Park are also known as the Ananthapuram Ultra Mega Solar Park, is a 500 MW solar park spread  over a total area of the 7,924.76 acres (32.0704 sq.km) in a  Nambulapulakunta mandal in the Ananthapur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

So far 500 MW is a operational and the  1500MW Units are planned, 750MW Units under a construction.

Mandsaur Solar Farm is a 250 MW power plant built in a Mandsaur Madhya Pradesh. The plant was inaugurated on the 11 July 2018 by the chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. NTPC has been  set up the plant at an the investment of the Rs 1,500 crore developed mainly on the non-agricultural land.
