કઈ કઈ વસ્તુની પડે છે જરૂર?

મશરૂમ બનાવવા માટે ઘઉં અથવા ચોખાના ભૂસાને કેટલાક રસાયણો સાથે ભેળવીને ખાતર તૈયાર કરવામાં આવે છે. મશરુમની ખેતી ઓક્ટોબરથી માર્ચ સુધી કરવામાં આવે છે. કંપોસ્ટ ખાતર તૈયાર થવામાં 1 મહિના જેટલો સમય લાગે છે. આ પછી, મશરૂમના બીજને 6-8 ઇંચ જાડા સ્તરને ફેલાવીને સખત જગ્યાએ રોપવામાં આવે છે, જેને સ્પોનિંગ પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે.

બીજને કંપોસ્ટથી ઢાંકી દેવામાં આવે છે. લગભગ 40-50 દિવસમાં મશરૂમ કાપીને વેચવા માટે તૈયાર થઈ જાય છે. મશરૂમ દરરોજ પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. આ માટે ખુલ્લામાં મશરૂમની ખેતી કરવામાં આવતી નથી. આના માટે શેડવાળી જગ્યાની જરૂર હોય છે. જે તમે રૂમમાં પણ કરી શકો છો.

લાખો રૂપિયાની કમાણી થશે

મશરૂમની ખેતીનો વ્યવસાય ખૂબ જ નફાકારક છે. આમાં, ખર્ચના 10 ગણા સુધીનો ફાયદો થઈ શકે છે. છેલ્લા કેટલાક વર્ષોમાં મશરૂમની માંગ પણ વધી છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં, મશરૂમની ખેતીનો વ્યવસાય ખૂબ ફાયદાકારક બની શકે છે. તમે જલ્દી કરોડપતિ બની શકો છો.

આ બાબતો ધ્યાનમાં રાખો

મશરૂમની ખેતીમાં ઘણી કાળજી લેવી પડે છે. તેથી જ તેમાં વધુ કોમ્પિટશન નથી. તેની ખેતી માટે સૌથી મહત્વપૂર્ણ તાપમાન છે. તેને 15-22 ડિગ્રી સેન્ટીગ્રેડની વચ્ચે રાખો. ઉંચા તાપમાનના કારણે પાક નિષ્ફળ જવાનો ભય છે. ખેતી માટે ભેજ 80-90 ટકા હોવો જોઈએ. સારા મશરૂમ ઉગાડવા માટે ખાતર પણ સારું હોવુ જરુરી છે. ખેતી માટે બહુ જૂના બિયારણ ન લેવાથી ઉત્પાદન પર અસર થાય છે. તાજા મશરૂમ્સની કિંમત વધુ હોય છે તેથી તૈયાર થતાં જ તેને વેચવા માટે લઈ જાઓ.

મશરૂમની ખેતી શીખી પણ શકાય

મશરૂમની ખેતીની તાલીમ તમામ કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટીઓ અને કૃષિ સંશોધન કેન્દ્રોમાં આપવામાં આવે છે. જો તમે તેને મોટા પાયે ઉગાડવાનું વિચારી રહ્યા હોવ તો વધુ સારું છે. તેથી તેની યોગ્ય રીતે તાલીમ લઇ લો. જગ્યાની વાત કરીએ તો પ્રતિ ચોરસ મીટરમાં 10 કિલો મશરૂમ આરામથી ઉગાડી શકાય છે. ઓછામાં ઓછા 40x30 ફૂટની જગ્યામાં ત્રણથી ત્રણ ફૂટ પહોળા રેક બનાવીને મશરૂમ ઉગાડી શકાય છે.

કોઈપણ સ્થિતિનો સામનો કરતા પહેલા આપણને તે સ્થિતિના લક્ષણો અંગેની જાણકારી હોવી જરૂરી છે , કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ ને લુ લાગે ત્યારે તેના શરીરમાં કેવા લક્ષણો ઉદભવે છે તે દરેક લોકોને ખ્યાલ હોય તો તકેદારીના ભાગરૂપે સાવચેતી રાખવી સરળ બને છે જાણો હીટવેવ (લુ લાગવી) ના લક્ષણો.

• માથામાં સખત દુખાવો થવો
• શરીરનું ટેમ્પરેચર ખૂબ જ વધી જવું
• અતિશય તરસ લાગવી, મો સુકાવું, ગળું સુકાવું
• શરીરમાંથી પાણી ઓછું થઈ જવાને કારણે ઉલટી થવી, ઉબકા થવા , ચક્કર આવવા, આંખે અંધારા આવવા અંતે બેભાન થઈને પડી જવું
• પગની પિંડીઓમાં ખૂબ જ દુખાવો થવો
• સુઝ ગુમાવી દેવી

લુ લાગે ત્યારે શું કરવું જોઈએ

• કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિને જ્યારે લુ લાગે અને ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબના કોઈપણ લક્ષણો તેના શરીરમાં દેખાય ત્યારે કોઈ પણ જાતનો સમય ગુમાવ્યા વગર તાત્કાલિક નજીકના પ્રાથમિક આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર કે કોઈપણ નજીકના હોસ્પિટલ નો સંપર્ક કરવો, તાત્કાલિક હત્યા પહોંચવાની વ્યવસ્થા કરવી
• આ ઉપરાંત ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપચાર તરીકે તાત્કાલિક જે કોઈ લિક્વિડ મળે જેમાં પાણી, વરિયાળી નો શરબત, કાચી કેરીનો શરબત , ગુલાબનો શરબત દ્રાક્ષનો શરબત નાળિયેર પાણી , ઓઆરએસ નું પાણી, લીંબુ શરબત , માટલા સાદું પાણી, એક ચમચી ખાંડ અને એક ચપટી મીઠું નું દ્રાવણ વગેરે …… જે હજાર હોય તે આપવું. શરીરમાં પાણીની અછત ન થાય તે માટે વધુમાં વધુ લિકવિડ લેવું જોઈએ

હીટવેવ (લુ લાગવી)ની અસર થયેલ વ્યક્તિ માટે સારવારના ઉપાયો

જ્યારે કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિને હીટવેવ/લુ લાગવાની અસર થઈ હોય અને ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબના કોઈપણ લક્ષણો જણાતા હોય ત્યારે પોતે પોતાની રીતે સારવાર કરી શકવા ના કિસ્સામાં પોતે જાતે જ નીચે મુજબના સારવારના ઉપાયો કરવા જોઈએ અને જ્યારે વધુ પડતી લાગેલી લુ ને કારણે ખેંચ આવવી કે બેભાન થઈને પડી ગયેલ વ્યક્તિ ના કિસ્સાઓમાં નજીકમાં રહેલ વ્યક્તિઓએ નીચે મુજબના પગલાં અનુસરવા જોઈએ

• લુ લાગેલી વ્યક્તિને તાત્કાલિક છાયણા વાળી જગ્યાએ સુવડાવો
• આજુબાજુ ભીડ ઓછી જમા થવી અને વ્યક્તિને હવા આવે તેવી રીતે રાખો
• પાણી વાળું ભીનું કપડું કરી તેના આખા શરીરને લુછો, હાથ પગ ને ઠંડા પાણી વડે સાફ કરો, તેના માથા પર ઠંડુ પાણી રેડો. આમ કરવાથી તેના શરીરનું તાપમાન નીચે આવશે
• લુ લાગેલી વ્યક્તિને હવા નાખો / હવા આવવા દો
• નજીકમાં ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તેવું કોઈ પણ પીણું તાત્કાલિક પીવડાવો જેમાં ઓઆરએસનું દ્રાવણ, લીંબુ શરબત , નાળિયેરનું પાણી, ફ્રૂટનું જ્યુસ , સાદુ પાણી વગેરે
• વધુ પડતી લાગેલી લુ વ્યક્તિ માટે ઘાતક સાબિત થઈ શકે છે માટે તાત્કાલિક 108 નો સંપર્ક કરી અથવા તો ઉપલબ્ધ વાહનમાં બેસાડી નજીકના હોસ્પિટલે પહોંચાડો
• એસીની હવા ના આદત વાળી વ્યક્તિને લુ લાગવાની શક્યતા વધુ રહેલી હોય છે જેથી આવી કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિએ વધુ ગરમ હવાવાળી આબોહવામાં વધુ પડતું ખુલ્લેઆમ બપોરના સમયમાં જવું જોઈએ નહીં

હીટવેવ થી બચવાના ઉપાયો

ઉનાળાની ઋતુમાં વધુ પડતી ગરમ આબોહવા હોય ત્યારે આપણા શરીરને લુ લાગવાથી બચાવવા માટે ધ્યાનમાં રાખવા જેવી બાબતો જેના અનુસરણથી લુ લાગવાના ગંભીર કિસ્સા અથવા મૃત્યુ થવાના કિસ્સાઓ ઘટાડી શકાય છે

• ગરમ આબોહવામાં જરૂરિયાત વગર બહાર ન નીકળવું જોઈએ
• ફરજિયાતનું કામ હોય અને બહાર નીકળવું પડે તેમ હોય ત્યારે બપોરના સમય સિવાય નીકળવું હિતાવહ રહેશે
• તડકામાં જતા પહેલા હંમેશા સનસ્ક્રીન લોશન નો ઉપયોગ કરવો
• ઉનાળાની સિઝનમાં લુ લાગવાના કિસ્સાઓ બપોરે 12 વાગ્યાથી 3:00 વાગ્યા વચ્ચેના તડકામા થવાની શક્યતાઓ વધુ હોય છે માટે આ સમય દરમિયાન બહાર નીકળવાનું ટાળો
• બહાર નીકળતી વખતે સુતરાઉ આખી બાય ના આખું શરીર ઢંકાય જાય તે તેવા કપડા રીતે પહેરવા જોઈએ આ ઉપરાંત આંખોમાં ચશ્મા ટોપી બુટ પહેરવા જરૂરી છે
• ભલે તરસ ન લાગી હોય તો પણ થોડી થોડી વારે ઠંડુ સાદું પાણી પીતા રહેવું જોઈએ
• અત્યારની સિઝન પ્રમાણે મળતા તાજા ફળો જેમાં તરબૂચ, નારંગી, સંતરા, લીંબુ, દ્રાક્ષ વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરવો
• વાતાવરણ વધુ ગરમી વાળું હોય ત્યારે મહેનત વાળું કામ કરવાનું ટાળવું જોઈએ
• બહારગામ જતી વખતે શરીરમાં પાણીનું તાપમાન જાળવી રાખવા માટે પ્રવાસ દરમિયાન પાણી સાથે રાખવું જરૂરી છે
• શરીરમાંથી પાણીનું શોષણ કરે તેવા પીણા જેમાં આલ્કોહોલ, ચા-કોફી, સોફ્ટ ડ્રિંક વગેરે ઉનાળાની ઋતુમાં લેવાનું ટાળો

• ઘરે હંમેશા ઠંડા પાણીથી સ્નાન કરવું જોઈએ
• ઘરનું તાપમાન ઠંડુ રહે તે રીતે બારી દરવાજા રાત્રિના સમયે ખુલ્લા રાખો
• ભારે અને મસાલેદાર ખોરાક તેમજ વધુ પ્રોટીન વાળો ખોરાક લેવાનું ટાડો
• તાજો બનાવેલો હળવો ખોરાક ખાવાનું રાખો
• લીંબુ શરબત, ફ્રુટ જ્યુસ, ઓઆરએસ પેકેટ, ઘરમાં સંગ્રહ કરીને રાખો જ્યારે જરૂર પડીએ ત્યારે તાત્કાલિક ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય.
• ઘરની બહાર પાર્ક કરેલી ગાડીઓમાં બાળકોને વધુ રહેવા ન દો
• પાલતુ પ્રાણીઓને છયડા મા રાખો અને પીવા માટે પુષ્કળ પાણી આપો
• ઘરની બહાર પક્ષીઓના કુંડા રાખો અને તેમાં નિયમિત પાણી ભરો

લુ લાગવાના કિસ્સાઓથી બચવા માટે કેટલાક આરોગ્ય લક્ષી સૂચનો

• ગરમીના વાતાવરણમા બપોરના સમયે બહાર નીકળવાનું ટાળો
• સફેદ કલરના, આછા રંગ વાળા, આખા શરીરને ઢાંકે તેવા સુતરાઉ કપડા પહેરવાનું રાખો
• ગરમીના વાતાવરણમાં ઓછો પરસેવો વડે તેવુ, ઓછા શ્રમ વાળું કામ કરો
• કામ કરતી વખતે બુટ, ટોપી અને આખી બાય ના કપડા પહેરવાનું રાખો
• સીધા સૂર્યપ્રકાશના તડકાથી બચો
• છાયણા વાળા વાતાવરણમાં રહેવાનું રાખો
• કામ કરતી વખતે થોડી થોડી વારે છાયણા વાળી જગ્યાએ જઈ આરામ કરવાનું રાખો અને થોડા થોડા સમયે તરસ ન લાગી હોય તો પણ પાણી પીવાનું રાખો
• નાના બાળકો, સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીઓ, સિનિયર સિટીઝન અને બીમાર વ્યક્તિઓએ તડકામાં વિશેષ ધ્યાન રાખવું
• લીંબુ શરબત, મોડી છાશ, નાળિયેરનું પાણી, ઓઆરએસ નું દ્રાવણ સાદું પાણી વગેરે પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં સમયાંતરે પીવા
• ગળું સુકાય અને ખૂબ જ તરસ લાગે તેવું થવા દેવું નહીં
• ગરમ વાતાવરણમાંથી ઘરે આવતાની સાથે જ હાથ પગ ધોવા , નહાવું , શ્વાસ ઉતર્યા વિના તાત્કાલિક પાણી પીવું, તાત્કાલિક માથામાં ઠંડુ પાણી રેડવું આ ખૂબ જ ખરાબ ટેવ છે તેવું ન કરો સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે ખૂબ જ નુકસાનકારક છે
• શરીરનું તાપમાન નીચે ઉતરવા દો, શ્વાસ ઉતરવા દો, ત્યારબાદ હાથ પગ ધોવા, માટલાનું પાણી પીવું ઠંડા પાણીથી નહાવું સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે ફાયદાકારક છે
• ઘરમાં પંખા, કુલર નો ઉપયોગ કરી ઘરને ઠંડું રાખવું , બારીઓના પડદા સુતરાવ કપડાના રાખવા અને બારીઓના પડદામાં પાણી છાંટી ઘરને ઠંડુ કરવું
• ઉનાળાની ઋતુમાં ક્યારેય ઉપવાસ કરવો જોઈએ નહીં
• સવાર-બપોર-સાંજ ત્રણે ટાઈમ સમયસર ભોજન લેવાનું રાખો
• નિયમિત ભોજનમાં છાશ પીવાનું રાખો
• ભોજનની સાથે સલાડ માં ડુંગળી ખાવાનું રાખો
• વાસી ખોરાક લેવાનું ટાળો
• લારી ગલ્લા કે બહારથી લાવેલ ખોરાક ખાવાનું ટાળો, ઘરનો બનાવેલો તાજો ખોરાક ખાવાનું રાખો
• બરફના ગોલા, ઠંડા પીણા, ચા કોફી, દારૂ લેવાનું ટાડો
• લગ્ન પ્રસંગમાં જાઓ ત્યારે દૂધ અને માવાની બનાવેલી આઈટમ ખાવાનું ટાળો, ઉનાળાની ઋતુમાં દૂધ અને દૂધવાળી આઈટમ થી ફૂડ પોઈઝન થઈ શકે છે
• હવામાન ખાતા દ્વારા ત્યારે હીટવેવ ની સત્તાવાર જાહેરાત આપવામાં આવે એ વખતે બપોરના સમયમાં બહાર નીકળવાનું ટાળો

108 Emergency Service Gujarat

The Government of Gujarat initiated to implement comprehensive emergency medical services in the state by introducing a fleet of ambulances to cater to entire state and provide emergency ambulance services free of cost to the people of Gujarat. This will not only facilitate the integrated emergency health care management but also help in adopting comprehensive emergency management protocols by providing appropriate Pre-hospital care in the ambulances and admitting the patients/ victims to the nearest government facility within shortest possible time while adhering to 'The Golden Hour' and the 'Platinum Ten Minutes'. 

Emergency Medical Services were started in Gujarat with 14 ambulances on 29th August 2007 and with a full fleet of 585 Ambulances by the end of 2016 by providing one ambulance per average one lakh population.

Considering the present demand and popularity of 108 Emergency Services, Government of Gujarat has initiated Mobile Application for 108 Emergency Service. The service is operational and available 24x7 free of cost.

How to use:

1) Install 108 Gujarat Application. 

2) Make sure your device is GPS & GPRS enabled while calling 108 Gujarat helpline.

3) Follow the registration process.

4) The user can then call on 108 helpline number by clicking on the 108 button.

5) On calling, user’s current position along with registration details will be transmitted at 108 Emergency Response Centre where the 108 associate will be able to see user’s current position in Google maps and on requirement can send nearest ambulance.

PAN Card Update: આજના સમયમાં પાન કાર્ડ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ દસ્તાવેજ છે. આ કાર્ડ વિના તમે રુપિયા સંબંધિત કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું કામ કરી શકતા નથી. તેવામાં પાન કાર્ડ (PAN Card) ધરાવતી મહિલાઓને કેન્દ્ર સરકાર (Central Government) દ્વારા આર્થિક સહાય આપવામાં આવી રહી હોવાનો એક મેસેજ ફરતો થયો છે.

આજના સમયમાં પાન કાર્ડ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ દસ્તાવેજ છે. આ કાર્ડ વિના તમે પૈસા સંબંધિત કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું કામ કરી શકતા નથી. આ એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ દસ્તાવેજ છે જે આવકવેરા વિભાગ દ્વારા જારી કરવામાં આવે છે. તેમાં પણ પાન અને આધારને લિંક કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ નજીક આવી રહી છે ત્યારે જાતભાતના મેસેજ ફરતા થયા છે.

પરંતુ આજકાલના દિવસોમાં એક નવો જ દાવો સામે આવી રહ્યો છે કે પાન કાર્ડ ધરાવતી અને તેનો ઉપયોગ કરતી મહિલાઓને કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા આર્થિક સહાય આપવામાં આવી રહી છે. આવો તમને જણાવીએ શું છે આખો મામલો

સસ્ટેનેબલ મોબિલિટી સોલ્યુશન્સને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા અને ઉદ્યોગની ભાગીદારી વધારવા માટે ગયા વર્ષે જૂનમાં ટાટા ટેક્નોલોજીસને ફોક્સકોનના MIH કન્સોર્ટિયમમાં પણ સામેલ કરવામાં આવી હતી. બિઝનેસ વર્ષ 2022માં ટાટા ટેક્નોલોજીસની કુલ આવક લગભગ 473.5 મિલિયન ડોલર હતી.

પીઆઈબીએ ટ્વીટ કર્યું: પીઆઈબીએ તેના સત્તાવાર ટ્વીટમાં લખ્યું છે કે 'યોજના 4u' નામની યુટ્યુબ ચેનલના એક વીડિયોમાં દાવો કરવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે કે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પાન કાર્ડ ધરાવતી તમામ મહિલાઓને ₹10,000 ની રોકડ રકમ આપી રહી છે.
